Rental & Pricing
How flexible should the rental model be? Example: daily, half-day, weekly, custom date ranges, or time slots?

Should pricing auto-adjust (e.g., weekly rentals, 2-hour rental) or stay flat per day?

Payments & Deposits
Should deposits be a separate pre-authorization on the customer’s card (released later), or a refundable payment?
Deposit is different than the actual payment of 100% meaning there must be an authorization of the amount of the product should they decide not to return it or lose it, or buy it.
What happens if multiple items are rented — is the deposit per item or one combined deposit?

If the user selects pickup, do they need to schedule a pickup time slot or can they walk in anytime?
