Welcome to Rent On Aruba, your trusted partner for renting and purchasing beach gear and accessories across Aruba. By accessing or using our website, browsing items, or completing a booking, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, we kindly ask you not to use our website or services.

What We Offer

Rent On Aruba is a bilingual (English and Spanish) rental website built for visitors and locals who want a quick and easy way to get quality beach gear without the hassle. You can browse our catalog, check real-time availability, and book rentals online for either shop pickup or delivery to your preferred location. Our goal is to make your vacation simpler — one click and you’re ready for the beach.

Booking & Payment

o confirm your booking, full payment is required upfront. Payments are securely processed through trusted third-party payment gateways, and all prices are shown in U.S. Dollars (USD). Please note that all bookings are non-refundable unless canceled at least 48 hours before the rental start date.

Some rentals may include a deposit authorization, which acts like a hotel-style hold on your card. This isn’t charged unless something is lost, damaged, or not returned. Once items are checked in and cleared, the deposit hold will automatically be released.

Rental Duration & Pricing

All rentals are offered on a daily basis, with a minimum rental of one day. There are no hourly or half-day options. Prices stay flat per day, and longer bookings may receive multi-day discounts, which we adjust from time to time in the backend. Late returns made after 6:00 PM are charged as an extra rental day.

Pickup & Delivery

If you’re nearby, you can choose to pick up your rentals directly from our shop. Pickup is available between 8:00 AM and 12:00 PM, while returns are expected between 4:00 PM and 6:00 PM. If items are dropped off later than that, a one-day late fee applies. These set times help us maintain smooth operations and prepare the next day’s orders on time.

Deposit & Damages

We take care of our products and expect you to do the same. Some rentals may include a deposit authorization that protects against damage, loss, or non-return. This isn’t charged upfront — it’s simply held as a security measure. If something happens to the rented item, the cost of repair or replacement may be deducted from that authorization.

Delivery Made Easy

For ultimate convenience, we also offer delivery straight to your stay. Deliveries within Noord and Oranjestad come with a flat fee of $10. For areas a bit farther away, like Savaneta or San Nicolas, a small additional fee may apply based on distance and driver availability. You can share your delivery location via GPS or even through WhatsApp — no need for complicated apps or trackers. Just let us know where to meet you, and we’ll handle the rest.
