About Our Services
Rent On Aruba offers online rentals and purchases of beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, snorkeling gear, and accessories across Aruba. We provide both delivery and shop pickup options, ensuring a smooth and convenient experience for tourists and locals alike. We may update, modify, or discontinue services or pricing without prior notice.
Booking & Payment
All bookings require 100% upfront payment at checkout. Payments are non-refundable, except for cancellations made at least 48 hours before the rental start date. A deposit authorization may be held for damages, loss, or non-return. This functions as a temporary hold (similar to a hotel incidental deposit) and is released once items are returned in good condition. All prices are listed in USD and include applicable taxes.
Rental Duration & Pricing
Rentals are available on a daily basis, with a minimum one-day booking. Multi-day rentals may qualify for discounts based on duration. Late returns after 6:00 PM will incur an additional one-day fee. All rates and discounts can be configured from the backend and may vary during promotions or peak seasons.
Pickup & Delivery
You can choose between Shop Pickup or Delivery during checkout.
- Pickup Hours: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
- Drop-Off Hours: 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM
Deliveries within Noord and Oranjestad are charged a flat $10 fee, while other areas such as Savaneta or San Nicolas may include additional costs depending on distance. Customers may be asked to share their location through GPS or WhatsApp for accurate delivery service.
Cancellations & Extensions
Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the rental start date are refundable (minus processing fees). Cancellations made within 48 hours are non-refundable. Extensions can be requested but are subject to item availability. All extensions must be confirmed before the current rental period ends.
Limitation of Liability
Earn rewards by referring friends or guests to Rent On Aruba. For every successful referral, you’ll collect points that can be redeemed for cash value or discounts on future bookings. For example, 10 referrals = 100 points = $20 value. We may modify or discontinue the referral program at any time.
